2. create an account on phonepe

After doing this, the Create PhonePe Account form will open in front of you . In this, you have to fill your information.

  • 1.Phone Number : Write your phone number here which should be linked to your bank account. Verify via OTP.
  • 2.Full Name : Fill your name here, in which first name and Surname are to be filled in this box.
  • 3.Setup PhonePe Password : Enter the four-digit PhonePe Password here, which you can also be asked later.

Then proceed to the next step by clicking on Continue .

In this way, your PhonePe account has been created and you are yet to link PhonePe with your bank.



How to add Bank Account in PhonePe

Make sure that the mobile number you have linked above to your bank account, because your bank account will be linked via SMS to PhonePe via UPI to Bank Account.

Step 1 : To link your bank account in PhonePe, go to the "My Money" section and click on Bank Accounts.


Step 2 : Now choose your bank from the list. Almost all banks now support the UPI Payment System.


Step 3 : Your bank account will be searched by registered phone number, in which process your bank account will be linked to PhonePe by verifying your phone number through OTP verification, verifying account number, IFSC code and branch name.

 

Step 4 : On the next screen, you have to setup UPI Pin, six digit password which will be asked at every payment, so remember this.

Step 5 : Now in the last step you will have to enter your ATM card information, after which your PhonePay account will be verified.



Step 3 : Your bank account will be searched by registered phone number, in which process your bank account will be linked to PhonePe by verifying your phone number through OTP verification, verifying account number, IFSC code and branch name.
